Requirement: 

  • Brilliant communicator & negotiator with high proficiency in English
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation.
  • Identify and engage with potential sales channels, including distributors, wholesalers, and innovative channels like organic and cultural stores, educational institutes, corporate gifting, daycare's, board game cafes, wedding planners are amongst the few avenues.
  • Willingness to travel, host game nights, speed puzzling events and might be work on some weekends (will be compensated by day off during the week)
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the toy-Games industry
